I am 21 weeks. I am still so tired and feel out of breath quite easily. Sometimes it feels like my heart is beating really hard and fast. The Dr. said it is probably from the extra weight but I have not gained any weight at all so far. I was 180 pounds before I got pregnant and now I weight 170. This is my fourth baby and I did not feel this way with the other three. Could something be wrong with me or is this normal?”

A fast heartbeat, tiredness and frequently being out of breath could all indicate a thyroid imbalance or anemia, both diagnosed with a blood test. If your doctor hasn’t checked your iron levels or your thyroid levels, (also known as your T4 and T3 concentrations), he or she needs to do so. (And you might want to think twice about hiring him or her to deliver your baby!) If he or she has checked these and everything’s within a healthy range, your symptoms probably are the normal result of the stress and exhaustion of being pregnant while having three children, unfortunately. If that’s the case take this as a sign to get more support to lower your stress level.

Hello, pregnancy can happen even with low moitlity of sperms,IT though depends on the rate of normally motile sperms and their forward direction. You can imagine this by knowing that only 200 sperms reach the tubes and cause fertilization, however, there are new studies that refer to the effect of foods rich in potasium on the mot. of sperms, its well believed that is acourse of these foods{as banana, cereals, milk, potato etc}of about 2 weeks is effective,do not forget the effect of sport in this field, medically, chorionic gonadotrphins or mesterolone can be used for this purpose, good luck.
