Easy-No-Queasy Pregnancy Popsicles

Marcie Jones Leave a Comment

These pops are easy on the stomach, with yogurt contributing calcium and probiotics and the fruit and juice both healthy sources of fiber, folate and vitamins. Plus they’re an easy and fast snack for a queasy stomach, or a a lump for a baby to play with (just extremely sticky!). Making them with different fruit combinations can make them fun colors, too!

  • 1 1/2 cups lowfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup sliced mango, strawberries or blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/3 cup orange juice, or juice of one orange
  • Puree in a blender until smooth, pour into ice pop molds and freeze until set.

Makes 6 small pops.
