I ‘m 35 weeks pregnant and I have gained a lot of weight and I’m starting to feel very insecure about my body, I would to start exercising but I’m just way too tired. Is there anything you can recomend I do so I can start a routine now. And not get lazy and unhealthy later. And is there anything you recommend for stretch marks, like creams or lotions. Thanx for your time.

At 35 weeks, most women feel huge and tired. And believe it or not, you and the baby will still be gaining weight until the very end—during the third trimester the baby puts on about half of his or her birth weight at the rate of about 8 ounces a week (half of a pound) and most women also gain about a pound a week. Fortunately, most of your gain isn’t fat, but fluid that you will shed during and in the weeks after birth. If you haven’t been exercising at all up until this point, it’s not a good idea to start a challenging routine now, because your body is already under a lot of strain.  Regular walks or swimming, though, can help you stretch your legs and stay fit with a low risk of injury. If you’re feeling really tired (and it sounds like you are) try two 15-minute walks a day.

As for stretch marks, there are now treatments available with retinoic acid (tretinoin) that have been shown in clinical studies to be effective, but this ingredient is not safe for use during pregnancy and has been shown to cause birth defects. If you still have stretch marks after pregnancy, though, ask your health care provider to prescribe a cream. Stretch marks will also fade on their own in the year after birth.

There are a wide variety of stretch mark creams available that will help reduce / get rid of stretch marks. A product like Revplex SM cream is very popular and has clinical trials behind it. However, even though there are no ingredients that will cause harm during pregnancy, even they recommend consulting with a doctor during your term. After pregnancy, no problems with them or another commercial product.
