Being dizzy? … possibly, but low blood pressure or low blood sugar can do that too.
Having cramps? … they can also be a sign of PMS, indigestion, or if mostly on one side, ovulation.
Feeling disgusted or nauseated by smoke or food odors?
Sensitive nipples? Yes, but PMS can also make your nipples feel tingly or especially sensitive,
Not getting your period? This is the classic sign, but periods can get delayed for days or weeks for other reasons, such as rapid weight loss or gain, increased exercise, a hormonal imbalance or polycystic ovary syndrome.
If your period is late by a week or more, take a pregnancy test. If it still doesn’t come test again in a few days. If you’re late by six weeks or more and/or get a positive test, contact your health care provider.
