This smoothie isn’t just delicious and an exciting shade of purple: grapes have been shown to help ease nausea and constipation, cherries are a home remedy for joint pain, and blueberries can help prevent UTIs.
- 2 cups of blueberries, grapes and pitted cherries
- 3/4th cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk or almond milk
- 1 cup ice
- dash of vanilla
Blend in a sturdy blender until smooth, garnish with a sprig of mint, squirt of whipped cream and a straw. Enjoy!
